Dulcet & Studio (Liang Court)

I'm a big fan of Western food with a Japanese twist, so naturally I had to come to this restaurant from Tampopo group.

Dulcet & Studio (Liang Court)

Set of the day:

Dulcet & Studio (Liang Court)

Tomato Sauce Slipper Lobster with Fettuccine ($16)

Came with:
Dulcet & Studio (Liang Court)

and...

...dessert!

The milk tea pudding was surprisingly good. I thought it would be only average, the typical dessert you get in a set meal that you don't really care for, but just there to let you end your meal with something sweet. But this was really good, I liked that they had the milk in a separate little container, rather than just making the whole already mixed milk tea into a pudding.

Although the Tomato Sauce Slipper Lobster with Fettuccine wasn't particularly memorable, I thought $16 was quite worth it for the set meal.

The Black Pig Bolognese Fettuccine came with a mini chopped salad (they are not kidding about the 'mini' part). One thing about the pasta here is they import it fresh from Hokkaido. It has a much chewier texture compared to the Italian pasta and it is amazing. Bolognese pasta is such a basic dish but with the black pig in the sauce and the chewy, flavorful Hokkaido pasta, this dish became really outstanding.
